Questions, answered.

Can riders book their own lessons?

It is up to you. Each center chooses between self-booking, with capacity, waitlist and a cancellation window, or staff-assigned riders only.

Who can see what?

Each role has its own permissions. Riders see their own horses and history, instructors see their lessons and riders, and administrators see the whole center.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Gallopgate is built mobile first, so riders and instructors can use it from the yard.

Can I belong to more than one center?

Yes. One account can have a different role in each center, for example instructor at one and rider at another.

Can I import my existing data?

Not at launch. Horses and members are added manually for now. Import is on our list for later.

Which languages are supported?

English and Spanish.
